The design of this book delivers as something that will facilitate learning for people unfamiliar with EOS. There are summaries at the end of every chapter, and even a couple of new methods shared to help teams doing things like IDS and creating valuable scorecards for their group. My favorite chapter was the one on the People Analyzer and getting feedback because it challenged people to own their development and equips them to lead the feedback conversation with their leader.
