I just finished the book. So much awesome here. This is a book that is more about mindset first, then come the strategies. His personal story is also compelling, because even in real estate, you can find yourself owning a job. This book will show you Todd’s strategies for breaking out of that mindset and understanding the steps you should take to generate passive cash flow. Definitely read it if you are looking for a proven path to financial freedom.
Reading Todd's first book If You Can't Wholesale After This introduced me to a cash flowing world I never even knew existed so I of course pre-ordered If You Can't Cashflow After This as soon as it was announced. All I can say is WOW-my whole financial picture has pivoted once again into long term passive income building versus cashing out of the deal immediately. Every scenario I look at now involving finances I try to figure out how to make it into an interest bearing note paid out over time. Financial books have always been a bore to me but he makes it fascinating. This is a most read for all types of investors not just real estate ones.
