This cookbook has a lot of useful information if you're just starting out this diet. It will be good enough for the seasoned dash diet cooks too because it offers a decent variety of recipes and you can never have too many good dash diet recipes. Basics are truly helpful and if you like cookbooks with no-frills recipes and descriptions, then this is the cookbook for you to have. However, there are no photographs in here so it might be a little bit disappointing for all the visual cooks who like to know the author's way to serve the dish. You have to invent by yourself the way the dish is supposed to look like and it's not that fun. Apart from that, the cookbook is great.

Every recipe has helpful nutrition information at the bottom, as well as the number of servings, prep-time and cooking time. Sometimes they need to be edited a little bit but that's not a problem for me at all. As a beginner in the art of dieting and dash diet cooking, I was extremely pleased to find out that there's a cookbook out there that is ready to support me in all my cooking undertakings. It was a great experience while learning these items from it and I would like to recommend this book to all interested readers because of its good quality.
